CURRICULUM
Nazario was born in the city of Merida Yucatan. He has a bachelor degree in Industrial and systems engineering. The degree was issued by the ITESM  a well reputed university and the only Mexican  one recognized by the USA.  The last 10 years i have spent in the Cancun Playa del Carmen area working in real estate and reservations. Nazario is  in charge of the reservation system, the changes and adjustments in arrival or departure dates. He also handles all payment link issuing from paypal and prepares your confirmation.

Once your payment notice is received the blocking and reserving your date interval in our calendars is done.

One of the duties covered by us is the check in and check out of parties,  myself or one of our agents will be waiting for you at the estimated hour of arrival.  Please send us your flight info to estimate your arrival time at the condo. The balance is collected at check in.  An inventory sheet is checked out , the air conditioned controls are tested and also the TV satellite system. The security deposit is also collected at this time, you will have a receipt for the balance paid  and for the refundable deposit.

The seal of my I.R.S. ID can be seen to the left. As a registered services professional i am authorized to issue invoices for tax deduction purposes.
