The condo is delivered clean and with linens. Inside the condo there are cleaning supplies for all your stay. Two sets of keys. Air conditioned remotes for all rooms and living.

like the coffee place as they give free chocolate filled Danish
minis. And the American coffee is 1 dollar. he Golden pilsner
beer is only $2.5 a six pack . At the very entrance in te first
level there is a deli pizza Place and subs. the ATMs are in the
bathrooms aisle of the Mega comercial Mexicana of Playa del
Carmen. There are 3 or 4
ATMs. The most neat nearby places are the Nativo natural
restaurant 2 one block and a half, Real Mexican morning tacos
Yucatan style one block away. Internet in the corner, Laundromat
one block. Happy hour with free seafood at la chiquita del
caribe or el cejas restaurant 2 blocks away 3 to 5 pm. $1.5 per
beer. And of course all the variety offered by the la quinta
avenida pedestrian only street where you can find several
artisans stores , art galleries, stone art precious, amber, live
music in several places every night. al fresco coffee Shoppes
and dining, and several beach clubs at night in the beach.

inside the condo there are several editions of the Playa del
Carmen magazine. it features all restaurants, tours water sports
activities as well as the night clubs and the nightlife in
Playa. is very colorful and useful as it contains maps very
detailed. Even do you will be within walking distance of the
best clubs and restaurants in town it is good to know that in
playa del Carmen the taxi fare is fixed and does not vary with
the distance as long as you do not leave town. the current rate
is 2 dollars in town and 3.5 dollars to playacar
