Reservation Procedure

bedrooms 2 full bathrooms and one half bathrooms in the living room .
Ample terrace overlooks a beautiful pool with manicured gardens and a
Palapa for relaxing in the shade. 7 Minutes walk to best beaches and
fun area of Playa del Carmen and the famous Fifth Avenue (20 block
pedestrian only street). Electric controlled access from inside your
condo. Security, Integral Kitchen, A/C Triple split, one 24K BTU unit
in Living area and one 12 K BTU\'s in every Bedroom, ceiling fans,
boiler, stove fridge. Wal-Mart 4 blocks,
NUEVO, 2 recámaras, 2.5 baños, Amplia terraza con vista a una estupenda
alberca con jardines y una palapa para un relax total. Tan sólo a 7
minutos de las mejores playas (Mamitas Beach entre otras) y de la
famosa 5ta Avenida (de 20 cuadras y sólo para caminar). Acceso con

hacer snorkel, submarinismo. Tours de exploración de Pirámides y demás
rutas arqueológicas ancestrales de la civilización Maya. La 5ta Avenida
es un carnaval todo el año en la cual puede encontrar una amplia gama
de restaurantes desde comida típica Mexicana hasta comida gourmet
internacional, bares, tiendas de artesanía, cafés, mariachis, tequila
shops, etc. Cero criminalidad y gente muy cálida que lo hará sentir
como en casa.

Reservation Procedure
Deposits
To confirm a reservation we
must receive within 3 days of the availability notice a deposit
notifications of 50% of the total. If it is not received within the 3
days allowance, after the availability notice, then another reservation
request should be made.
Cancellation
Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by
fax or e-mail in the numbers indicated in your voucher of confirmation.
If a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed within two
weeks in the form of a check in the money denomination used when making
your reservation (in US dollars or Mexican Pesos).
The
following assessments will apply to cancellations.-Cancellation prior
90 days from arrival date will result in the forfeit of one night?s
rent-Cancellation prior 60 days from arrival date will result in the
forfeit of 50% of deposit-Cancellation prior 30 days from arrival date
will result in the forfeit of 100% of deposit-Cancellation prior 20
days from arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of total
rent-There are no refunds on cancelled holiday reservations-Holidays
are defined as the weeks of: US Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and
Easter
Fees & Taxes
INCLUDES ALL TAXES, GRATUITIES AND CLEANING SUPPLIESMaid service not
included $20 per day upon request . Refundable Security deposit required (
$100.00 us.) To cover damages, if any, that go beyond the normal wear
and tear. This is refunded the day of your departure after a tour of
the condo and inventory check. The condo is delivered clean and with
linens. Inside the condo there are cleaning supplies for all your stay.
All cleaning fee son your exit is included Two sets of keys. Air conditioned remotes for all rooms and living.

will show the corresponding price. The prices shown are one half of the
total and is the required 50% down payment to confirm. Full refund if
in conflict with other same day reservation.NOTE : X-mas , New year , and Easter weeks are $1,200 Usd each.
